Established in 2021, Second Mile Services, Inc. is a Maryland-based organization dedicated to providing quality, individualized support to children, youth, and families navigating behavioral, emotional, and life challenges.

As a licensed residential child care provider and contracted service provider with the State of Maryland, Second Mile Services works alongside state and local agencies, families, and community partners to provide safe, structured, and supportive services designed around the unique needs of each young person.

Our services include residential care, one-to-one support, supervised visitation, transportation, and other community-based support services that promote stability, personal growth, and independence. Our team provides consistent guidance and hands-on support while helping youth strengthen life skills, build confidence, and work toward their individual goals.
